The Leonardo Plaza Tel Aviv was previously known as Sheraton Moriah. It's sold as a four stars hotel but after been there, it's obviously an error. In particular when it comes to the service, the hotel staff behavior and - lack - of efficiency. Sometimes they're simply rude. The wifi is to be paid as an extra so you ask the receptionist, which in turn just sees what Google says... Is that professional? Of course it's not.
They're not accurate at all. It happened that they gave false informations to their clients. Like if it was above their capacities to tell where on the map is a famous building. It's very surprising to see that the five stars of the Sheraton Moriah have been kept. It's certainly by mistake, because the real rate would be of 2 stars top.
Not to talk of the imaginary bills for the minibar. It can work after all. It's just at the check-out time, the hurry, the plane. They try the shot.
"After all it's just tourists! Let's take the most and provide the least. They're trapped here, where would they go?" That's seems to be their motto.
