Chronopost Crooks' Practices

We've tried to ship parcels to France via Chronopost = crooksfor local delivery. That was a big mistake.
They're absolutely NOT RELIABLE.

• They don't keep delays
• They provide no information to the sender nor to the recipient
• They lie on their tracking data
• They mention on the package tracking that they tried to deliver but the recipient was there. That's amazing.
• They pretend that an notice was left in the mailbox when they didn't even pass.
• And last but not least: you can't reach them by phone, lines busy 99% of the time. If you're lucky, be ready to wait for a minimum of 1 hour before having a real person on line. That's completely a non sense for a - wannabe - professional service.

To sum up:
Chronopost is a non reliable service at expensive cost.
Chronopost won't provide you professional services
Whith Chronopost, your customers won't return because of the dreadful buying experience. Don't forget that your customers will blame you for Chronopost awful services.
